The Institute's Educational System and Registration Process
Before You Join Please read this page carefully and comply with all the terms and instructions below before registering.
First: Overview of the Educational System
The institute provides a fully integrated online educational system based on the following:
-
Study is conducted entirely online through the institute's dedicated learning platform.
-
Courses are delivered through live or recorded lectures.
-
The institute follows a Hawza-based curriculum consisting of the following stages:
- Preparatory stage.
- Introductory studies.
- Advanced studies (Sutuh).
-
The follow-up and assessment process includes:
- Attendance.
- Examinations.
- Academic discussions.
- Reports.
Second: Types of Study
The institute offers two main types of study:
Formal Study
A formal student is officially enrolled at the institute and receives full access to student accounts and all educational and administrative services.
Formal Student Responsibilities
Formal students are required to:
- Follow the daily curriculum according to the academic schedule.
- Participate in at least two academic discussions per subject each week, or submit a weekly report instead.
- Complete the examinations scheduled during the academic term.
Examination System
During each academic term, students complete:
- Three monthly examinations.
- One final examination.
Grade Distribution
The final grade is calculated as follows:
| Assessment Component | Grade | | ---------------------- | -------------: | | Attendance and reports | 15 points | | Monthly examinations | 15 points | | Final examination | 70 points | | Total | 100 points |
Passing grade: 50%.
Certificate and Proof of Study
After completing the program in accordance with the approved requirements, a formal student is entitled to receive proof of study or a certificate. Subject to the applicable rules and regulations, it may be recognized by other institutions when the student transfers or enrolls elsewhere.
Study as an Auditor
An auditor is someone who wishes to benefit from the institute's academic content without formally enrolling as a student.
Registration Requirements
Auditors are not required to meet the conditions for formal enrollment or submit the official documents required from formal students. They only need to complete a simple information form.
Available Services and Content
Auditors have access to general services and content, including:
- Academic articles.
- Forums.
- General courses.
- Announcements.
- Course materials from the various stages, provided as educational reference content.
What Auditor Study Does Not Include
Auditor study does not include:
- Regular curriculum-based lessons.
- The official academic schedule.
- The examination system.
- An academic certificate.
Key difference: A formal student enrolls in a complete academic program that includes follow-up, assessment, and examinations. An auditor may access general academic content without being subject to the requirements of formal study.
